Description
Cardamom is a widely used spice in Kerala. It has found an irreplaceable space for itself in Kerala cuisine and cuisines elsewhere. It is used to flavour chai, its use in Biryani is ethereal, it is also used to season some curries. Cardamom is one of the spices which has earned a name for Kerala in the world of exotic spices. It is not a hot spice, yet its flavour is strong and makes itself felt, whenever used.
